Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the Multiverse platform — including its web application, mobile application, admin portal, employee portal, and any associated APIs or services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user or the organisation on whose behalf you are acting) and Multiverse (operated by Fuel IT Online Solutions). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform.

To access Multiverse, you or your organisation must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information during registration, including legal organisation name, authorised contact details, and valid email address
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised individuals
• Notify us immediately at support@fuelitonline.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account credentials

Accounts in Multiverse are organisation-level accounts. The designated administrator is responsible for managing sub-user access, roles, and permissions within the platform.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Multiverse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your organisation's internal business operations during the active subscription period.

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Sub-license, resell, rent, lease, or transfer access to the platform to any third party
• Copy, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any portion of the software
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or watermarks within the platform
• Access the platform in a manner that circumvents usage limitations or subscription restrictions

All users of the Multiverse platform — including administrators, managers, and employees — must adhere to the following acceptable use standards. You must not:

• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or any software designed to damage or disrupt systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, its underlying infrastructure, or data belonging to other organisations
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the platform's infrastructure
• Collect or harvest data from the platform using automated tools, scrapers, or bots without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party
• Use the platform to store, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful

Multiverse reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including immediate suspension of access, for any suspected violations of this section.

Access to Multiverse beyond the 15-day free trial requires a paid subscription. The following terms govern payments and subscriptions:

• All subscription fees are communicated transparently prior to purchase and are subject to our current pricing schedule, which may be updated from time to time
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Annual plans are charged upfront
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless otherwise stated
• Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of service. Access will be restored promptly upon successful payment
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy
• Multiverse reserves the right to revise pricing with a minimum 30-day advance notice to active subscribers

All intellectual property in and relating to the Multiverse platform — including but not limited to the software, source code, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, written content, algorithms, and documentation — is the exclusive property of Fuel IT Online Solutions and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in our intellectual property to you. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you provide may be used by Multiverse without obligation or compensation to you.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading data, you grant Multiverse a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the services to you.

The protection of your data is a core responsibility we take seriously. Our data practices are governed in full detail by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• We collect and process only the data necessary to deliver our services and improve platform functionality
• Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers and is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes
• We implement industry-standard security controls including encrypted data transmission, access control, and regular audits
• You retain the right to access, correct, export, and request deletion of your data at any time

The Multiverse platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure reliability and uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Multiverse and its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Multiverse in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate access to the platform under the following circumstances:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting our support team
• Multiverse may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms
• Multiverse may also terminate inactive accounts that have remained unused for an extended period after providing reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our data retention policy before being permanently deleted

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify active users via email or a prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India. Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through mutual negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising.
